Hazel Rae Demarcus Lawrence Womens Jersey Jean Henderson York1935 2014Hazel Rae Jean Henderson York, age 78 of Springville, passed away June 5th from Alzheimer’s. She was born Zack Martin Womens Jersey June 27, 1935 in Salina, Utah to Arthur and Hazel Smith Henderson. She spent her early years in Provo and her family later moved to Orem where she attended Lincoln High School. While just sixteen years old, she became critically ill with cancer, from which she miraculously recovered. She will always be remembered for her kindness to everyone she met. She is survived by her husband, Rae Dell, son Steven, daughter Paula Jean Little and grandchildren Bryan, Matthew, Robert and Stacey. at the Highland LDS Chapel, 6050 West Chapel Drive (approximately 10700 North) with a viewing one hour prior to services. at the Palmyra Stake Center Chapel, 505 East 900 North, Spanish Fork. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. prior to services.
